We proudly offer a 7-day rain guarantee on all exterior window cleaning services. If it rains within 7 days of your service and it visibly affects the clarity of your windows, we’ll return and touch up the affected areas at no extra charge.

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the results of your window cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We’ll return promptly to address any concerns and ensure the job meets our quality standards.
Screen & Window Damage Disclaimer
All screens are handled with care. However, due to age, brittleness, improper installation, or pre-existing wear, some screens and window components may be more susceptible to damage. Pine & Shine Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to screens, frames, tracks, or windows that are already compromised or fragile. Any visible damage observed during service will be documented on site and communicated to the homeowner. We encourage clients to inform us of any known issues prior to service.
Gutter Damage Disclaimer
Gutters are carefully cleaned and inspected during service. However, Pine & Shine Solutions LLC is not responsible for damage to gutters, downspouts, fasteners, or fascia that is pre-existing, weakened, or compromised prior to service. Any visible issues observed will be documented and shared with the homeowner.
Gutter Guard Disclaimer
If gutter guards are present, we will remove service-related debris from the gutters to the best of our ability. Removal and reinstallation of gutter guards is not included in standard service and will require an additional service charge if requested.
